"I ordered 4 Father Memory Keepsake Boxes for my daughters, as a small remembrance gift to give them on the 1st anniversary of my husband's passing. On my original order I'd requested and paid for priority shipping to insure I would receive them on time. Within an hour of placing my order online, one of their customer reps emailed me to ask permission to ship the package UPS Ground, assuring me not only would I still receive it on time, but I would be saving $20 in shipping fees! My order had already been placed and paid for via cr card. They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did. When was the last time you heard of a company doing that?!?!?! Not only did I receive my order 2 days ahead of schedule, the boxes were beautiful! I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.
