About the Owner

Mary Zemites knows the pain of loss...but she also knows the value of support and friendship through that loss. In Time Of Sorrow provides all of us with a way to reach out to those who are "walking through the valley of darkness" and help them ease back into the light of hope.

Mary Zemites faced the loss of her beloved husband, Greg Jarczyk, in 1992. Left with three young children, she returned to school, then back to work while caring for her family.

For over ten years, Mary has been a valuable volunteer member of the bereavement ministry team at her church.

Mary resides in Chandler, Arizona with her husband, Tom Zemites. She and Tom share five children and five grandchildren.

The gifts we send are important to everyone involved. We aim for accuracy and give special attention to each order. In the instance of a mistake, please contact us so we can correct the error quickly.

All orders are sent by USPS or UPS, unless otherwise specified. In-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 business days of receiving the order. We ship to US locations. We ship to Canada on an individual case basis. Just e-mail us with the product and address information and we will get back to you with the shipping charges.

PLEASE BE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE TO US IS ACCURATE:

  • Orders returned due to an insufficient/incorrect delivery address will be refunded for the cost of the product only. Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
  • If you would like the item reshipped, a reshipping fee will be charged if the order is sent to a different or corrected address.
  • Shipments that must be corrected by UPS will be charged $11.00 for this service.

To return an item for any reason, repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the order number or the customer's name. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable on returns and you must pay for return shipping. It is in your best interest to return your gift with an insured carrier and keep your receipt.
